Exchanges / Returns: Customers will be given 10 days from when the shipment was received to contact us about exchanging or returning your item(s). All Sale Orders (discounted) are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Please carefully double-check your order to make sure that you have entered all of your details in correctly before finalizing your purchase and checking out. This includes checking the item style(s), the color of your item(s), the size, the billing address and shipping address etc.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
Returns/exchanges must be sent back within 14 days of receiving the order and in perfect original sale condition, unworn and in original packaging, with any tags unbroken if this is applicable. We must receive an email from you within 10 days stating that you will be returning part or all of your order, and you must get confirmation that this is acceptable from us before returning your item(s) (If we take longer than the 14 day period to get back to you we will still accept the return/exchange).
You will receive a store credit code that can be used exclusively on our website. At this time we are unable to do cash refunds.
Note: A restocking fee of $10 or 10% of your order (whichever is greater) will be taken from your store credit. We cannot give you store credit for your original or return postage costs.

Handling times are 1-3 days during regular purchasing periods. This can increase to 5 days during times of high order volumes such as sales, promotions, holidays, etc.
